My stay at the Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin was truly enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, and the facilities were just as expected. But the highlight of my experience was without a doubt the reception team. Every single receptionist was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to find such consistently great service thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I’ll definitely return!
We had a wonderful experience at the Maritim proArte Hotel in Berlin! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—allowing us an early check-in, which was a huge help after our journey. The receptionist was super cool, friendly, and made us feel instantly welcome. A special highlight for our son was the robot that served food—he was absolutely thrilled! The hotel’s modern vibe, great location, and little surprises like that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves a mix of comfort, fun, and top-notch service!
Excellent centrally-located hotel. Staff are so helpful and the suite we had (ProArte suite) was spacious, clean and more than enough space for a family of four. Our room was on the 11th Floor so we had great views too. The pool was great, with a lift from each floor straight down to the pool (so no traipsing through the main reception area with soggy feet) Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, from cold meats and hot pastries, to fruit, cereals and yoghurt. All-in-all, a fantastic stay, highly recommended.
