Our stay at Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius was absolutely exceptional! 🌴 From the very beginning, we felt truly taken care of. Upon arrival, when the first assigned room didn’t quite meet our expectations, the hotel top management – the managers themselves – went above and beyond to find us the perfect solution. They personally walked with us around the hotel, showing different options until we found the ideal room. Most importantly, the managers took care of absolutely everything – they didn’t leave us alone with any issue. Every request we had was handled quickly, with a smile and great attention to detail. The entire stay was pure pleasure – stunning surroundings, excellent food, spotless cleanliness and service that is hard to find anywhere else. It’s clear that here, the guest comfort is top priority. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience true hospitality and spend an unforgettable time in Mauritius! 🌊✨

We had a wonderful stay at Maritim Resort and Spa, made even more special as we were celebrating my sister’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes that impressed us at every meal. The reception service was outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and very well maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable space to relax. The bar service was excellent, with friendly bartenders and a great variety of drinks served promptly and with a smile. Maritim Resort and Spa provided the perfect setting for a special celebration and a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We were at Maritim to celebrate my birthday with my the family, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The hotel is huge (around 25 hectares!), very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed walking around and even dropped by the ruins, stables etc. The food was good with plenty of variety, but could have been better for desserts. While the birthday surprise didn’t quite go as planned—they forgot to bring the cake after dinner and was given on the next day (after my mom told them of their mistake) it didn’t take away from the quality time we shared. One thing that really touched us was the interaction we had with some of the ‘casual’ workers and interns. We spoke with a few of them and were saddened to hear about their challenging working conditions. We also noticed how short-staffed it got at times, especially at the pool bar, where it got very hectic in afternoon. Still, the young waiters handled everything with such grace, kindness, and dedication. Their attitude and effort truly stood out—more than some of the permanent staff. To management: please take care of your people. These are the faces that guests remember. They are the heart of the experience, and they deserve to be valued and supported. Thank you to those who made our stay so special; we left with warm memories because of you and will surely be back!
