We had a great time here. Small but ideal room with a beautiful view. Ideal location and lots to do on rainy days, both in the hotel and outside. The staff is friendly, and super nice to children. Very good breakfast. The hallway of our hotel room looked a bit like the one from the movie "the shining", I loved it 🙂. Everything (room, restaurant, swimming pool etc) is very clean. Good shower in our room, very good beds. I miss it already!!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights, and loved it! The location is superb, being right on the lake, a short walk to the to the train and bus stop, as well as multiple trails. Not to mention, the staff were also always very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. You have such a beautiful view of the lake and a decent selection of your usual breakfast items. We didn't have any issues with the cleanliness of the swimming pool while we were there, but I will concede that the gym and bowling/billard room could do with a makeover. However, that didn't impact us much on our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again!

3/10 the pool was closed staff said they would keep us informed if it opens up no information staff wasn't even sure or updated. Check in terrible since no one of the staff knew how their new system works. Breakfast good. Comfort, my fold bed felt like I was sleeping on metal. Hotel staff was very arrogant.All in all pretty terrible. Having to pay for a ROBE is pathetic and sad. I was very upset since all my other stays were better never great but better.
