NOT KID FRIENDLY I would not recommend this place. Definitely not worth the price. The rooms are extremely dated. The carpet is disgusting. Both the women I dealt with at check in were beyond rude. It was almost impossible to get sleep in the room (I have a 8 month old) as the blinds don’t do anything for the light. They have black out curtains, but they’re just for “decoration” they don’t actually cover the windows lol We check in to our room at 4pm. (HEADS UP: They are completely against early check ins. We arrived at 3:10PM and they didn’t even have a single room clean) once we finally checked in, there were trash bags in the hallways and they left the laundry room shoot door wide open. Extremely dangerous if there were a kid running around. We also found silver fish in our room. We ended up leaving at 4am because me nor my baby was getting any sleep due to the amount of noise. Walls are not even close to sound proof. How this place is a 4 star inn is beyond me. Do NOT stay here! Especially if you have kids!
I called for a room on Monday night told them we'd be there in about 20 mins . When I showed up they told me they were no longer pet friendly and could not help us . They advertised pet friendly and showed a video on a TV screen pics in front lobby with a dog on bed with owners . They told us they are no longer pet friendly since beginning of July. This is about midnight and could not find any other pet friendly rooms in the area and still had another 4 hours drive to get to my destination. I had been driving for 10 hours all ready with my wife and large breed dog. Exhausted and had to sleep in my truck!!!! Great night!!!! Thanks for the help!!!! Maybe update your site!!! And take down the video with the advertisement of pet friendly!!!!!
Had a drive up out back, it was discusting. The floor was filthy, the whole room was unkept. A hair in the tub, the light in the bathroom had dead bugs in it. We have stayed here many times over the past 20 years but nothing like this. Barely any sleep for the noise from the pipes or something. Will never go back nor ever reccommend this place to anyone again.
