We had an amazing experience in this hotel. We particularly enjoy the spa and wellness center. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and caring. The place is perfectly clean, and the massages are very professional. It’s a great place to experience Turkish hammam! Thanks a lot to the whole team, we will come back!

Hotel is convenient for families with especially young kids; the facilities are close to each other and there are adequate activities to keep the children busy. We were especially happy with kids club headed by Mr. Fatih. He was friendly; welcoming kids and preparing entertainment for both kids and adults!

The hotel is truly beautiful. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. At first, everything seemed perfect. However, I was deeply disturbed to see ducks on the property that were completely silent. Ducks are naturally vocal animals, and the total absence of sound raised serious concerns. I cannot help but suspect that their vocal cords may have been altered or removed, which would be an extremely cruel and inhumane practice. It is heartbreaking to enjoy a peaceful stay while knowing that animals might be suffering in silence for the sake of aesthetics or guest comfort. I sincerely hope that the management reflects on this and chooses more ethical ways to create a tranquil environment. Animal welfare should never be sacrificed for luxury.
