This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Location is perfect but the staff at this hotel are truly amazing. Each staff member that we had contact with was so professional and nice. This is also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in- literally not a speck of dust on the floor. They came in twice daily to refresh the room and it was amazing. The hotel is so quiet- you never hear the elevator or the staff moving throughout the halls. I will always choose to stay here when we come to Charleston.
We stayed at the Market Pavilion Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located—everything we wanted to see and do in Charleston was just a short walk away. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar and pool. The views were incredible, the drinks were fantastic, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city from above. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Between the luxury, the location, and the exceptional service, the Market Pavilion Hotel made our honeymoon absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommended for a romantic getaway or special occasion!
We were impressed with the Market Pavilion hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We did call a few days prior to request a street view room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Charleston was very hot during our stay and the rooftop pool was almost perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature and it wasn’t too crowded. The only thing that was missing was umbrellas for the lounge chairs. The high top tables did have umbrellas. There was pastries and coffee in the hallway near the elevators. We stayed for 2 nights and overall our time was very pleasant. The hotel looks like it’s very historical but it’s only 20 or so years old.
