This place is hiding behind nice decorations!!!!! It looks super nice in photos , but not as nice in person and real dirty. They also don’t advertise that it’s contactless until after you book. The shower was terrible giving you like 10 seconds of super hot water followed by super cold water( not to mention it was dirty and moldy) The coffee machine didn’t work and worst of all I got extremely sick from the air. Extremely allergic and looked at the air filter and looks like it hasn’t been changed in years!!!! Makes me wonder how often they really give those rooms some TLC. Don’t stay here unless you don’t mind this.

If you're booking on google - you may see the fabulous photos and read the reviews and think jackpot! I found a great place! Look the dates I need are available! Done and Done! Then the morning of your flight when you receive the check-in email as you casually read the "things to know section" all the blood will leave your body as you notice in the fine print that this is in fact AN ADULTS ONLY hotel - unfortunately you're traveling with your daughter. I was completely shocked. Went back to the website and searched and searched. Apparently you can have kids there if you buyout the entire hotel. Heartfelt suggestion to management - you should announce this fact more clearly....burying it down in the "home truths" section which you have to tab through clicking "more" to read is not helpful. Customer service was of course in true form less than empathetic kind or helpful. As I'm about to get on a plane and now have no hotel when I land I would have expected more from them. If this is how they treat you before you even set foot on the premises I would imagine if you need anything during your stay you're going to be out of luck.
