Marma Hotel Istanbul

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were filthy, and the bathrooms were completely broken. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The biggest mistake I made was booking it for three nights and paying upfront—otherwise, I would have left immediately after the first night. Every aspect of the stay was a disaster. The hygiene was appalling, the facilities were in ruins, and the management seemed utterly indifferent. No matter how desperate you are for a place to stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. Even if you have business in the complex, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Staying here was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Hello, I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is good, the bathroom is wonderful, and the cleanliness is good. The negatives are that the air conditioning does not work, which is very unfortunate and not comfortable at all and very annoying. If I had known, I would not have come here. The swimming pool is good, but swimming is not allowed without telling me the reason. I found on Google Maps people who were told It's not swimming season, which is strange. Maybe the Turks prefer swimming in the winter 😐

THIS IS TRASH! At the phone they said they have a pool, but as we got here the pool was closed and they said „it’s not pool season" ITS SUMMER. The Staf coudn’t speak English and when we complaint about something they just said „no English” that is disrespectful. The coffee Machine didn’t work but the food was also not very nice. The only good thing was the hotel room. It was big. So this isn’t a 5 Star Hotel this is atleast a two Star Hotel.
