Stayed for a couple of nights his hotel is in a good location and very inexpensive. If you ask the front desk, they will allow you to book at the rate online you find, just ask them if it is a reputable website. One of the desk workers is very rude and interrupts you, never got a name. The others were very nice. The hotel itself is very romantic and charming, however, has its flaws. The rooms are hot because the air conditioning is broken and you don’t feel when the window is open. You can hear every noise from outside and inside the hotel, including in the hallways when people come and go, no matter what part of the hotel you’re staying. Somebody opened my door around 8 AM and quickly closed it. This was really alarming, it might’ve been housekeeping, but they never announced themselves. There’s always a variety for breakfast, it has a beautiful view. This was one thing I enjoyed most about the hotel. Really good location if you were looking for great breakfast great location around shops and markets, family, friendly neighborhood. I would not stay here during summer. Another tip is to not book online unless you are also calling the hotel at the same time to ask about the website and receive confirmation from the hotel itself. Get workers names, date time, etc because I’ve heard many people have had issues booking online then showing up and there’s a problem or no room

I don't know who gave this hotel four stars, but it doesnt surely correspond to 4-star hotels in other countries. They felt reluctant to clean our rooms everyday and to change the bedsheets. Bottled water was only on the first day of our arrival, then we asked to bring it, but they didn't. Once when having breakfast, i saw mold on my tomato, i immediately called the manager and showed him my plate. He removed it saying sorry. However, i think he should have removed all the tomatoes from the main tray. Also, they had lemon juice in a glass container, and when I wanted to drink it, through the glass, i could see mold on the lemons and the mint leaves. The dinning hall and the lobby in the hotel were not air-conditioned that's why the food was stale. We were sweating at breakfast. There was only one staff memeber Muhammad, who was kind and helpful.

The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, the room conditions were far from acceptable — with visible damage, poor cleanliness, and worn-out interiors. The most frustrating part was the refund process. After the stay, both Booking.com and the hotel agreed that I should receive a partial refund due to the condition of the room. I provided my bank details in May, but after over 2,5 months, I still have not received any refund. The hotel repeatedly ignores Booking.com's calls and my own attempts to follow up. Each time I call, I am told someone else is responsible and that I should “try again later.” I genuinely hope this review encourages the hotel to finally resolve this issue and complete the promised refund. Until then, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property — especially to international guests expecting transparency and professionalism.
