Great location, clean rooms, and above all—wonderful service. We faced a couple of small issues when we first arrived, but Bernardo, the General Manager, stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of right away. His professional approach really improved our experience. The rest of the team was also friendly and very helpful. We’re grateful for their support and would gladly return in the future!
Our stay at Hotel Marmont was great. It’s close to the train station, and walking distance to shops and restaurants, and bus stops. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Ryan who extended our stay an extra night after a scheduling error on our part. Would highly recommend Hotel Marmont.
I've been 2 nights in this beautiful hotel during my stay in Geneva and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was really big and elegant, with a comfortable bed. Besides it's located in the city center so you can reach all the main attractions with a short walk.
