Marquis Reforma Hotel Spa

This well located place is somehow rated 4 1/2 stars! (A couple of hundred yards from the Independence Place). But for the bathroom I'd rate it 5 stars. It's clean and good looking. The staff is super nice but professional and courteous. The deluxe room we stayed in for a week is clean and of good size, though its bathroom looks dated, but clean. For the rates, we liked it and we'll stay here again for our next trip to Mexico City.

Incredible stay!! Not only was the room immaculate and cleaned to perfection, the location is so convenient for getting anywhere in the city on foot or by taxi, the breakfast buffet is very nice with a good amount of options, and the spa was amazing. The service at any point of the hotel is impeccable but I have to say the spa attendants were just the best!! every need is accommodated and the quality of service was absolutely top tier. We had probably the best couples massage we’ve ever had, followed by time in the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, but the staff truly made the experience. I can absolutely see us staying here again and bringing friends or family to experience it with us!

Wanted to do a day pass for the spa here with my partner, but on every day except Fridays they have separate facilities for women and men, only the pool is shared. Looks like it would have been perfect otherwise. We ended up going to Nima spa and it was wonderful.
