Alright so we went to Jakarta to see Avenged Sevenfold live in Madya Stadium. At first we were looking for a place to stay that is near the stadium but it was fully booked. So we booked this place. The location is convenient as there are many “warong” which is a place where you can sit down and eat or have a take away. For me this “warong” is the O.G of authentic Indonesian food that you can taste here and the price is reasonable. In addition, there are convenience stores nearby reachable by walking. So on to the hotel management. We were greeted by a friendly staff which guides us from start to finish. Loved it. Our room is quite spacious, it is a double bed room with window and the toilet is clean. The bed is comfortable for us to sleep on. They have cafe inside the hotel too. Not sure how the breakfast tastes like since we were eating outside. Loved it and definitely coming back one day if we were returning to Jakarta.

It is a low budget hotel in Jakarta. The room is clean but smelling smokey, although had booked non-smooking room. They didn't clean the room everyday and just refilled water by request. The location is easy to find but it has no large parking space. The breakfast menu is limited.

This hotel is not for tourists, for local people. They don't have English or any other languages speaking staff. Location is very bad and public transportation is not sufficient in Jakarta. So you have to call a taxi or biker all the time. They don't provide hot water in the rooms, neither tea or coffee. Breakfast is very simple, not continental as Agoda said. Water outlets in washbasin and shower are not runny. There were some insects around. Small refrigerator makes sound all the time
