Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre

I recently stayed at this Marriott on a visit to Toronto. I stayed with a pre-teen and my senior mother. All three of us had a really nice time. The hotel front doors were under a little bit of renovation, but it was quick and unobtrusive. We enjoyed access to the Elite Lounge for breakfast each day. Breakfast items were avalable within the lounge and also out in the main restaurant. The lounge access served to be very beneficial. Snacks, both healthy and indulgent were avialable during the day. The nightly spread was quite nice with delicious heavy appetizers were offerred each night. The people working in the lounge were friendly, kind, and helpful! The top-floor indoor pool came in handy since it had been lightly-snowing out during our visit. My son was able to burn off some energy before bed each night and the jacuzzi help my mom and I relax before bed as well. Quick and easy access to the Eaton Centre Mall was really convenient as well!

5 star service from Fortunata! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and make sure we were happy with our room. All of the front desk staff, lounge staff, restaurant staff were friendly and provided great service. I felt welcome and will definitely return because they made the experience exceptional. The room was spacious and the bathroom was remodeled. However, the furniture in the room was very dated. The condition of the furniture was good, but it reminded me of the 90s. Location is very central! Very close to the Toronto sign and Dundas train station. There are restaurants and a huge mall in walking distance.

Briana is the absolute best! We had a very complicated reservation and she handled it like a pro. She was very helpful and able to get all 8 of our rooms checked in so efficiently. Definitely one of the best check in experiences I’ve had. Thank you for your excellent service Briana!
