Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi

I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, and I would absolutely come back the next time I’m in the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Their friendliness and willingness to help felt on par with hotels in a higher category. The team’s warmth and professionalism were exceptional, and that alone made the stay special. If you’re looking for five-star hospitality, you’ll find it here. The Executive Lounge was also a pleasant surprise—not only was the food far better than expected, but the service there was excellent as well. It became a favorite part of my stay. The building itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well cared for, and the effort to keep everything clean and welcoming really shows. That said, if you’re expecting the latest facilities or luxurious extras, this might not be the place—but what it lacks in that area, it more than makes up for with outstanding service. Another plus: the mall just across the street was super convenient and made quick shopping or meals easy. My trip to Abu Dhabi started on a stressful note—my taxi from the airport refused credit cards, and I had to rush to an ATM. But thanks to this hotel, my stay turned into a truly memorable and positive experience. I’m deeply grateful for that. Overall, this hotel delivers where it matters most—with people who genuinely care. I’m happy to give it five stars.

We had a lovely stay here! The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft, providing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Check-in was swift, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The valet service was a nice added touch. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the area! Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Wonderful stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. In particular Carlo was so lovely to my family; very attentive and kind. We felt very well looked after and with two small children that is always reassuring!
