Marriott Hotel Tijuana

I really enjoy this hotel every time I must be in Tijuana for business. The service is outstanding!! The people working there are very nice and accommodating. Thanks to Hector, Veronica & Jose on my last visit. Everyone seems like they want to do everything possible to make you feel comfortable & welcome............!!

I stayed at the Marriot for 3 nights and the service there is out of this world. As soon as you drive up the guys are out there to help you with your luggage and open the vehicle door for you.. They take your luggage up to your room and they don't let you carry anything.. They do it all for you. The rooms are so clean. All in all the hotel is clean. I would recommend it to anyone. Big shout out to Felipe , Diego , and Omar i believe are the guys names that totally took care of us. These guys work hard every day. You deserve a million stars but it only let's me give you 5. Sooooooooo friendly. Such a welcome you get when you get there and ask thru your stay. ❣️

I really liked this hotel. It felt like one of the more well-run, polished places in the area. The staff was genuinely attentive and friendly throughout my stay, always quick to help when needed. There’s a Starbucks inside, a bar, a dining area, and a small convenience shop where you can grab essentials like snacks, water, and sundries. I stayed here for about a week and had a mostly smooth experience. There were a couple of hiccups, like the A/C not working properly in two rooms and my payment not posting until the next business day but to their credit, they resolved everything quickly and professionally. The room itself was spacious with a huge, comfy bed. The bathroom was clean, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Room service was solid, and the TV had lots of channels, plus the option to stream or connect your own device. Perfect for those “I just wanna stay in and chill” days. The only thing I’d change is asking not to be placed next to the elevator or maintenance room on my second visit, it was a bit noisy. But that’s on me for not requesting it ahead of time. There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, this is definitely a place I’d return to, especially if you’re looking for something a little more comfortable and professionally run than your average hotel.
