I love this hotel. It‘s really good to visit with kids. This resort has swimming pool, theme park and water park. Also there are some restaurants in the resort. This time, I could enjoy beer garden with good musics and great atmosphere. Staffs are professional, and they are trying to help. I like the breakfast as well.
The hotel and staff was amazing. Helping us till the wee hours of the night . The only thing was food options . I was here during a 4 day dance festival numbering to hundreds of people but the restaurants were not equipped to handle us. 40min for coffee. A chicken place ran out of chicken… No take away at their food court. Please do better.
What the hell is wrong with the food here…? I ordered cheese platter takeout from M Lounge and got molded grape? Excuse me? Food coming from 5-star luxury hotel is this much of a mess got me smh literally, no cap🤦🏻♀️ a HUGE disappointment
