The location is ideal – close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the delicious breakfast served each morning. The on-site restaurant was also a standout, offering high-quality food and excellent service. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Positive: The hotel located 20 minutes from city center, good level of security entrance from door and exit from door with controlled scurity and scanner on entrance. Elevaters access to rooms with card. They have executive business launge at floor 9 if your room reservation executive rooms will be able.to use and it is worth of you are business traveler as they provide good quality of food and beverages. They have a very welcoming female staff i gues her name aisha not sure but she was perfect when it comes to any questions and requests. Available.external and internal.pool with gym basic and SPA. Quality of food very good at breakfast not oriental it is more Asian. In the hotel a good handcraft shop if you want to buy things withput going to market. Negative RECEPTION ! Nothing looks like what ive used to in Marriote, i can say the situation was as if i am going to the school to see my 2 years old son and his firends started jumping to show themselves that they are his friends. On special one staff named Aezah hope iw rote proper, she was dealing with us as if she was obliged to come.to work unprofessinal in communication skills and she knew nothing about gym.time and didnt introduce my package services. She didnt say which time breakfast, location or which floor?! Even when she registered by presence ive asked her to add my membership marriot and she confirmed.twice while ive discovered she didnt. Ive informed her direct manager and he said she is new hired one month ago but i do beleive beter marriotte to ask her put Trainee card so visitors understand this and run to another reception.
