Marriott Knoxville Downtown

From the moment I pulled up, the experience was already off to an incredible start. Danny at the valet was truly exceptional — so warm, helpful, and professional. He greeted me with such kindness and made me feel comfortable before I even stepped through the hotel doors. That kind of genuine hospitality really sets the tone. Thanks to that great first impression and the smooth service throughout the day, my entire stay felt extra special. So grateful for people like Danny who go the extra mile!

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and Nina has been the highlight of our stay each time. Extremely professional and friendly, the food and atmosphere of the executive lounge has always been clean and top notch. Nina has remembered us and always treats us with professionalism and kindness. We always look forward to seeing her on our trip to Knoxville!

This is probably our favorite place to stay in Knoxville. Love the smell when we walk in lobby. We love the M Club and Nina makes it feel like home. She is so welcoming to everyone. A few suggestions for M Club is to vary the breakfast foods so it is not the same thing every morning. Also when we stayed previously there was much more variety in snacks which would be nice. We were so happy to learn there is shuttle service and that was very helpful.
