Been coming here for about two years now for my work trips. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms could be more updated but other than that the service is always good. However, Tiffany at the bar/restaurant does such an amazing job! I work in the hospitality industry myself and she is always so welcoming; not only to me but others as well. Always there when I have to vent about my stressful work day. She’s the only one who makes my lemon drop perfectly. It’s the little connections like these that you truly appreciate throughout life. Thank you for everything Tiffany!

Dominique in the M Club was amazing. She is friendly and very engaging. I would like to commend her on her customer service skills. Top-notch! As for the two star rating it has everything to do with the property itself. The TVs are old and the rooms are very warm. The air conditioning cannot keep up with the heat load from the windows. You can see from the picture how bad the difference is. I have had the air conditioning full blast and it doesn't help. This property is in desperate need of infrastructure work.

Overnight, someone broke the glass on my truck. Whoever did that did not steal anything so maybe it's a better part of town then my first thought? The lobby in the hotel was under air conditioned. And I paid extra to have an air purified room, which I think was basically a dehumidifier that was put in there perhaps as a necessity due to the moisture in the rooms? Not sure about that. I asked for the room to be credited and they said that it really wasn't their responsibility. And I understand that it might not be their responsibility but you would think that a hotel this size that delivered such a bad experience of $300 for a room charge. I've got to use my entire work day to get a new glass put in plus about $375 on top of a less than comfortable experience. It's a little bit of a black eye to Marriott Bonvoy. I read books on Ritz-Carlton which is a Marriott owned property and they go well beyond to take care of their customers. I realize this is no Ritz-Carlton but Marriott itself is nowhere near aligned with the Ritz-Carlton mentality. And really, the 300 plus dollars for the bad room experience and the 300 plus dollars for the window being broken out is not going to put a financial strain on me, it's more a matter of principle. Even if I hadn't had my window broken out, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the other reasons, but I wouldn't have reviewed either. I just think people need to know what you can expect if you stay here. I'd like to recognize the lady at the front desk. She was very nice. She got one of the maintenance Engineers to vacuum out my truck, which was very nice, and they even taped up some plastic on my window to get me through the day. that was very nice of them
