Te NGA annual conference was held at the Milwaukee Downtown Marriott. We enjoyed the conference rooms and meeting areas for 2 days. The restaurant on site is not that great, but there are things in walking distance for food. The staff during our conference was great and helped out when needed. They also will store your bags for you even if you are not staying there. It we are here again next year I will stay here.
The service here is what sets this hotel apart. Sure, the location is great, the rooms quiet and clean, and the beds comfy. But, the front desk staff are also very friendly and flexible. The housekeeping staff thorough and efficient. And all other employees I encountered were great. I come to Milwaukee for business and after staying at a half dozen other hotels there over the years, the Marriott will be a touch choice for future visits.
Good location, the staff was fine. For $345/night it should be. I dropped my kid off at Marquette in 2013. The rooms have not been updated in those 12 years. Really tiring of Marriott not holding franchisees accountable for updating rooms.
