Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre

This hotel is a haven for anxious travelers. I suffer from severe anxiety, and traveling is not an easy thing to do. We were fortunate enough to be guests of this hotel during our stay in Baltimore, and for the first time possibly ever, I slept soundly in a hotel. The beds are a little on the firm side for my taste, but the level of cleanliness and attention to detail is absolutely worth the trade off. The bedding is immaculate and smells fresh (none of that lingering inexplicable funk from your average hotel), the room was spotless even in the corners and under the bed skirts. The shower is like something out of a dream, the lighting options offer a variety of ambiance, and the wide windows offer a great view or you can black out the world with the blackout shades. All of that is great, but the staff puts this place over the top. Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic - they seemed genuinely happy we were staying with them. They went out of their way to be accommodating to all our needs. And the restaurant is stellar!!! It's pricey and there are some options that were out of our range, but that breakfast was absolutely magical and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The attention to detail is out of this world. Safe, inviting, and absolutely the only choice for us should we ever come to the Baltimore area again.

Awesome hotel. Modern, clean, great staff. Starbucks in lobby, hotel bar and restaurant was great. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is super friendly. Great location. Close to the metro, you can walk to stores. Our room was ready early, and they were able to accommodate a later checkout. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. Each time we were welcomed by staff and met with lots of smiles and pleasantries. Everyone did their best to satisfy any request or needs that we had from having cups of ice for breakfast, maintenance for our room, questions about the fitness facilities, which is amazing, and excellent service in the restaurant and bar. It is located near many other restaurants and shops for convenience and parking is free. This is definitely a place I would return. Some of the individuals that supported us included, but not limited to, Thurman, Wan, and Camilla. There is also a local shopping center in a movie theaters for those who may be taking an extended trip.
