Amazing hotel for the value. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when I had to check out late. They gave me a lenient offer to be able to access facilities and keep my luggage safe with them since I had a late flight. Breakfast had great selection, and rooms are clean and luxurious with a beautiful view. Facilities especially the spa are well kept and the gym is fully equipped.

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and offered a fantastic view (of the sea/city/Palm - you can add specific detail here if you had one), providing a comfortable and serene retreat. The resort boasts an impressive array of facilities. The private beach area is pristine, offering a tranquil escape with stunning views. The outdoor pool is expansive and inviting, perfect for both leisurely dips and refreshing swims. With six diverse restaurants, dining was a culinary adventure every night; there was always something delicious to suit every palate. The spa offered a truly rejuvenating experience, providing a perfect way to unwind. The location on the Palm Jumeirah is ideal, offering both exclusivity and easy access to Dubai's attractions. How nice it is when you have the opportunity to evaluate the quality and service of a hotel after your stay. We don’t want to think about the negative aspects of a vacation. People often forget that there are situations when there may not be a vacation. Today I am writing this review about the competence, honesty and integrity of this hotel. I hope this will not happen to me and you. But at the moment, the hotel representatives refuse to return my money. My family’s money. The room we are supposed to live in is empty now. We do NOT spend the night there, do NOT use the services and territory of the hotel. We do NOT have breakfast or lunch, but we pay for it EVERY day. Our trip to Dubai was cancelled due to the flight being cancelled. The children were crying at the airport. I immediately wrote to the tour operator asking to cancel the booking. But the hotel representatives refused. They replied: the refusal was due to the booking conditions. Although there are good people in this beautiful country, we were unlucky. This is not fair. Cancellation of the booking is not my choice. The hotel representative and the tour operator point at each other. They put pressure on the booking conditions. In this circle of indifference, I am the only one without money and a vacation. What could the hotel representative have done: Help sort out the situation❌ Contact the intermediary to resolve the issue❌ Refund the money❌ Provide other booking dates❌ What the hotel representative did: “Sunny Greetings from Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai!”
