I would like to share my experience regarding our recent stay, particularly concerning the “POOL” attendant named “Edam or Adam”. While we were enjoying our holiday, he approached us to say that the manager wanted to speak with us. To our surprise, the manager seemed unaware of the situation when she arrived. It felt as though our fun was interrupted without just cause, and this left us feeling quite uncomfortable. We respect hotel policies, but we believe some flexibility could enhance the guest experience. It was particularly disappointing to feel that our enjoyment was met with scrutiny, which we perceived as impolite. Additionally, we were informed that we would need to pay extra for our friends who visited us at the pool, which was unexpected. They had traveled a long distance to see us, and we were not fully aware of this policy. We attempted to negotiate this charge since we were checking out the same day, but unfortunately, there was no leeway. While we understand the importance of following rules, we hope that management can consider the feelings and circumstances of guests more compassionately. This incident affected our mood, and we believe that a more understanding approach would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate your efforts to enhance guest satisfaction.
