Nick and the entire service team made a quick trip for a family event a relaxing escape. He was so friendly and helpful and made each guest feel special. Thanks for the wonderful stay - we will be back to enjoy! The resort is still recovering but the open amenities are top notch and the service puts it over the top.

From the moment we arrived at the Marriott Sanibel Island, we were treated with the kind of hospitality that sets the bar for luxury resorts. A huge thank you to Payton at the door, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Payton didn’t just help us with our bags—he made sure they were handled safely and delivered promptly to our room, so we could start relaxing right away. Each morning, Chris Owens went above and beyond to ensure our breakfasts were nothing short of superb. From the attention to detail in every order to the friendly conversation and personal touches, Chris made us feel valued and cared for. Kim at the pool made sure my family; especially the little one was hydrated and never hungry. Every aspect of our stay was flawless—beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and a team that clearly takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. This visit was truly nothing less than five-star. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

Our family had an amazing, relaxing weekend here and couldn't be more pleased with this Marriott Hotel. What sets this Hotel apart is the amazing staff, and their commitment to making guests feel welcomed, and cared for. Our special thanks to Tom, working out front in the blazing heat, Lilly at the front desk, Chris, Jack, and Jackie at Charlie's Bar/Grill. You all were so accommodating, polite and made our visit a memorable experience. As an aside, it's hard to believe this Hotel was devastated by hurricane Ian about 2 years ago. Everything, especially our room was so clean, and in good repair. The Tennis and Pickleball courts were hot...but so much fun! The views from our balcony were amazing! This Hotel is a shining example of why our family loves the Marriott brand.
