Marriott Santa Cruz de la Sierra Hotel

We were part of a big convention and stayed at the hotel for a week. it was 10/10 the staff super friendly, rooms clean and modern, lovely view from our room, breakfast was plenty and fresh. Also and important in a good location, nearby restaurants and a shopping mall and supermarket. 100% recommended.

I was there for 8 days in May for a convention. Very accommodating hotel. We had a situation where the a/c inside our hotel didn’t work the first night. They came and spent maybe 3 hours trying to fix the a/c. We did have to call in about 2 times for someone to come. The a/c wouldn’t work and the Marriot offered to accommodate us in a different room the next day. We stayed for 8 nights. The Marriot was very close to convenient locations and we used Uber.
