Marriott St. Louis Airport

Everyone so nice here! Good value. I never stayed at an Airport Hotel was worried about plane noise. Have not heard a plane once must have great windows. Clean easy to get around I would highly recommend

I flew into STL and the next day I had to pick up a few more clients from the airport so I stayed as close as possible. The Marriott St Louis was just as close as every other hotel but I wanted to make sure I had somewhere nice and that served food in the lobby. And this one did. I don’t even book it online I walked right into the lobby and asked if they had any vacancies and they put me up in a room immediately. The rate was actually better for walking in than it was online. So I made out. The staff on arrival were very nice and helpful. They were training a new person so it work a bit longer than expected but they got me into a room before 3 pm so I was okay with that. They have a restaurant downstairs that has an assortment of food and rinks to dine in or order and out and take up to your room. They have Avery big pool area and the property has two towers when you stay there. Overall it was a perfect spot and value for where I needed to be first thing in the morning. The rooms were decent and all I can say is that this place needs to be cleaned up a bit. The bathrooms were clean but there were spots in the borders and on the ceilings that just needed some TLC. The beds were comfortable and the workspace was spacious. They have a shuttle to take you to the airport and plenty of parking throughout the property. You just use your key card to get into elevator. I would stay here again.

Van driver was very rude just because we didn't immediately greet him. Mind you we were waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle in 97 degree heat with humidity after a long day of flying and after calling and being told the shuttle was leaving soon. Staff at the desk was so very short and not very welcoming or understanding. Room was ok, nothing special however the hot water pipes made a very loud noise if you turned the nob too far which could be heard by other rooms as well. The restaurant inside has good food at decent prices the the staff there was nice. Overall, do not recommend this Marriot.
