I recently had the pleasure of staying here for five days, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service that remained consistent throughout my stay. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere. My room was both elegant and comfortable—beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout highlights of my visit was the food. Every meal I enjoyed was flavorful, expertly prepared, and presented with care. Whether it was a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner, the culinary experience consistently exceeded my expectations. This stay was truly a memorable one, and I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Stayed for a night. Great experience! The front of house staff do take great care of the Bonvoy elites. I’m just a humble Platinum, but prior to checking in I was upgraded to a nice suite. The room was pretty comfortable with nice views from the multiple windows. The hotel does have a lounge, but be mindful as it is closed on Saturdays. I was offered a complimentary breakfast as a replacement and I was completely satisfied with that. They had a pretty decent spread and the omelette counter was manned by cheerful staff who were amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is housed in a beautifully preserved historic building. The charm of the architecture is matched by the level of care and maintenance throughout the property. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown St. Louis, just a 15-minute walk from the iconic Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River. It’s also directly across from the convention center, which was super convenient. One standout feature of this hotel is the breathtaking Crystal Ballroom located on the 20th floor. It’s the perfect venue for a wedding or special event, with soaring ceilings and panoramic views of the city that create an unforgettable atmosphere. Lastly, the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis—whether for business, leisure, or a special celebration.
