Marriott Stanton South Beach

Our stay in South Miami Beach was truly elevated by the incredible hospitality and professionalism of the pool staff at Marriott Stanton. From the moment we arrived at the pool area, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease—even during the busiest times. Lauren, the pool manager, deserves special recognition. Her positive attitude never wavered, even with a high volume of guests—some of whom were clearly a challenge. She always remained calm, friendly, and composed. What really stood out was how she made time for genuine conversation and remembered little details about us, which made the experience feel so much more personal. Her warm energy and professionalism were unmatched. The entire pool team was consistently accommodating—setting up our pool beds, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable, and patiently answering any questions we had about the pool area and amenities. It was clear they cared not just about doing their jobs, but about creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Thanks to Lauren and the team, the pool quickly became our favorite part of the hotel. Their kindness and attentiveness made a lasting impression and made our vacation feel extra special. Thank you again to Lauren and the entire staff for making our poolside moments so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Loved this boutique hotel for both the aesthetic charm, the amazing staff, and the nearby restaurants. I had a friend who had to stay overnight at the hospital so I booked this last minute. Miriam, the guest services associate at the front desk, was so kind to me given my situation. She hooked me up with a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. because I hadn’t been planning to stay overnight in Miami. Would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat (especially when I had more time to enjoy the beach). They even had a cart in the room I could take to the beach with towels, chairs, etc. Price was great. Service was great. Restaurant was great. Just book it!

This place was nice. The only reason for not having a five-star were two reasons. A complimentary breakfast versus other resort fee associated benefits would be nice. Also, our room had spores and mold. The staff immediately gave us a new room and because of that I didn't take other stars away. They were extremely helpful regardless. I recommend this place since it is in a prime location. The employee Alex in the lobby was extremely helpful and a great service to the hotel. He also recommended vacation spots. He's a great employee.
