The hotel was nice, food at the restaurant was good. The shower didn't have hot water. It was either cold or room temperature.

Th3 cleaning room service was nasty, our room the day we got here was dirty restroom was not properly cleaned, urine left from the past ppl. Sure the sheets were dirty also. They came and cleaned and the cleaning was a 0 out of 10. They mopped with the same bucket they were mopping the other rooms, spreading germs. .they dont use vacums. The sanitizing equipment is not good at all. I wouldn't recommed this hotel just bc the rooms are nasty. Not what you see on the website. I had other people complain of the rooms being dirty also.. You're cleaning service is awful. Please clean good or give these ladies classes on how to sanitize and clean properly.

This hotel was an absolute waste of money. I booked it because I have pretty high status with Marriott, and it always helps to have breakfast included when traveling with three small children. Well, breakfast was not included. The room had no windows but had panels that let in light from the street lamps with no way to block it out. The pool was the size of a bathtub and freezing cold even though in was indoors. There was one “business computer” that was always in use and no way to print documents aside from emailing them to the front desk (obviously an issue for sensitive documents). I definitely will not be staying here again. I have had platinum status for 13 years and Marriott has gone downhill. Literally “pay more for less”
