We absolutely loved our stay at the 5-star Kempinski Hotel! The service was truly exceptional . Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Fiorela gave us a true wow effect that we will always remember. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. She is a true gem! We also want to thank Mizyan, the valet, who was incredibly helpful and courteous. He made every arrival and departure smooth and effortless with his friendly service. Thank you to the entire Kempinski team for an incredible experience — we can’t wait to come back!

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was brilliant overall. The breakfast was good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff made the experience even better — they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Elizabeth at the entrance and Noura kin the dining area, as well as the other team members whose names I unfortunately can’t recall. We’ve been very happy with our stay here and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.
