Marsden Suites Albany

This hotel located in a good location in North Shore area, there're restaurants and cafe outside of the hotel. Inside the room is great, got a large king size bed and every amenities in the room. 👍

I recently stayed at Marsden Suites Albany for a business trip and was truly impressed with the experience. The property has been completely refurbished and is now operating under new management. Great location, lots of restaurants are walking distance, and access to main roads is convenient. It's also important to note that this is no longer emergency housing. It has been fully transitioned into a hotel setting, everything feels brand new, and the team on-site is very nice! Also, very nice sunset view from my deluxe studio! And a huge bed!

Room was clean and modern. Bed was a very generous California king that was firm but comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The showers was excellent. Good pressure. Room was very quiet. Curtains were adequate but could be better at blocking light from main foyer window that faced the window in the room. I started in room 111. Negatives of this room: No view. The one opening window was directly above the outlet vent from kitchen so we got fish and frying smells when open. Instant coffee was provided but real coffee bags, a plunger with coffee, or a Nespresso type machine is expected at this price point. In summary, very adequate for an overnight stay in the Albany area. There is a small cafe next door for breakfast. Plenty of off street parking bit No secure parking provided. Easy check in and check out
