MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa

We have a disabled son who is wheelchair bound and the hotel and staff couldn’t do more to try and make our experience pleasurable and easier. The young gentleman who was the lifeguard during our stay helped us with the poolside chair to lower our son into the pool whenever needed and always eager to help. This facility wasn’t advertised on the website but is something available. If accessible rooms are unavailable then the one bedroom apartment we had was more than big enough with a wheelchair and shower chair could easily get into the shower as there is no lip. The room also had two bathrooms so was ideal. The food was lovely with plenty of choice at breakfast and tea. Snack bar available on a lunch time or shops close by and facilities in the apartment to make your own lunch. One guest was diary free and there was always good labelling of allergens and plenty of choice. Big shout out to Julio Martinez who couldn’t do enough for us as a family. He regularly checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and is an asset to the team at the hotel. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel to all and will definitely return.

We had a truly wonderful holiday – everything from the facilities to the food to the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was a week full of fun, ease and great service. We’d especially like to highlight the fantastic Kids Club. Our little boy had an amazing time and built such a lovely connection with Alex in particular. The whole team created a playful, positive and engaging environment, consistently meeting the children at their level with warmth and genuine care. From the daily activities to the brilliant mini disco, it was clear that the team really understand how to make the experience special for the kids – and that made it even more special for us as parents. A big thank you to Alex and the entire Kids Club team – the quality and consistency of the care and energy they bring deserves extra praise. You made our son’s holiday unforgettable!

Lovely hotel, would highly recommend! Despite some of the rooms being slightly more dated, over time the hotel is renovating each room! Would definitely stay here again! Pool area is lovely, spa area is the best my partner and I have been in. Food is lovely, staff are lovely and very accommodating for my partner and I who are gluten free and dairy free. Very child/family friendly resort!
