Marshal Garden Hotel

It was OK to stay at this hotel since rooms are very big. However we stayed there in between Christmas and new year and there was no breakfast! Moreover there was no central heating. Only hot air conditioning which is not ideal since room would be freezing when you arrive and you can't keep it all night cos it makes for very dry conditions. Location is OK, not super central but we could go to center in 30 mn or so. Service was good, rate is good and cleanliness is crisp.

Rooms are cold, when I came in there was 17C in room, heating is based on only on external AC. Breakfast is in line with average 3 stara hotel. In eleveator you have to scan card to go to your room, but without problem you can use stairs to go up - fantastic security system! Here is picture of view from 5 star hotel. All in all it's veru good 3 star hotel!

The hotel responded to my review, but all their information was incorrect. They claimed they reached out to me to inform me there would be parties going on at the time I was there. I didn't receive that information. I didn't book the room, it was booked by the Fulbright Commission. The hotel did however have my email and contact information, and I didn't receive anything there either. Also, I agree that you can have (not need to) book family gatherings, etc., to increase your profit. However, I went to the event, which was nothing like a family gathering. I understand wanting to protect your business, but instead of responding with false claims, maybe ensure the experience of all your guests, not just a handful of drunk party guests.
