Staff was friendly and very helpful, the Spa was amazing both inside pools and outside hot pools. What a place, well deserved five stars! Thank you!

Room: Weird layout and not very cozy or any good place to unpack. Service: Bar service in hot tub inattentive and Inexperienced. Restaurant service: not good at all, inattentive, inexperienced and not knowledgeable about the food or wines. Also not very friendly. Dinner: Entree hardly worth the name entree. Way to small and cheap. Main course Ok Dessert: Ok Breakfast: We booked the early seating but the buffet quickly ran out of things which were not refilled, e.g. bread. Cleanliness: So and so, the spa is worn and skin-flakes were swirled around in the outside hot tub’s. Will not go back unless it’s a gift.

Hello, We were standing near the hotel with my family, who came from Brazil to visit Sweden, and we simply wanted to learn more about the hotel. However, an older woman with gray hair, who was standing with another group in front of the hotel, treated us very poorly — with clear disrespect and disregard. We were very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to us. My family left wondering if all Swedes are like that, but we explained that this was just an unfortunate and isolated situation. I wanted to report this incident, as it seemed like this woman was part of the hotel staff. Thank you for your attention.
