Peaceful place, amazing views of Senigallia valleys. Loved the steam sauna and relaxing massage. Finger food was excellent. Staff members are friendly. Highly recommended.

2 hour spa program. The hot tub was cold with two out of 5 stations working, the Turkish bath was cold and when we reported it we were told that it could not be checked, the Kneipp program did not work. When we managed to find the operator who was supposed to be available for the duration of the program to report these things we were told that we had to press the buttons better and if necessary have the boy who was with us press them who has more strength! If the buttons do not work they must be replaced! The herbal teas are to be consumed standing in front of a small table and an open window that is cold when wet. Only two peanuts and two herbal teas, not even a glass of water! After an hour and a half of things that were not working the operator shows up to tell us that it is time to go to the salt room without being able to choose to stay in the tub area and that she would wait in front of that room to explain it to us. We wait 10 minutes and no one shows up. Does this seem normal to you? in general poorly heated environment, non-working buttons, limescale on the hydromassage knobs and some pieces of mosaics detached. At the end of the journey we reported everything but we were dismissed with a "the owner is not there, try calling her" No sooner said than done, we call but she never answers. She sends us a Wapp message to say yes do not bother her because she is an entrepreneur and has already wasted too much time with us. A person who does not even answer the phone and speaks to her customers is a scammer not an entrepreneur!
