Overpriced for what you get! The way they advertise on their website is misleading. The hotel does not have anything in regards to activities on site. You need a car to get everywhere even things like the kids club on the property in the heat is not walking distance. The beach is also definitely not walking distance! There was basically nothing to do on the resort itself. The villa we rented 113 was old and broken down (the pool was missing tiles which created a sharp hazard for our small children) (the bathtub was so damaged it scratched open my sons 10 month old bottom while he was sitting). Things were literally falling apart while there as well such as the toilette paper holder, and one of the drawers. The water pressure for the shower was decent. The airco worked well, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was great. All in all we we had an okay holiday but we had much higher expectations for a 2000 euro a night villa.

Not for family holidays. Negatives: 1) Not within easy walking distance for beaches and supermarket & shopping. Thus totally reliant on Ubers. 2) Poor pool hangout area for food and service (personally won’t let you box up and take your leftovers that you’ve paid for in advance from breakfast). This cancelled all of our prepaid breakfast for our entire stay. Had to complain about this. 3) Poor air conditioning units upstairs in the house. Had to complain about this. 4) Unclean children’s playground etc.. glass bottle & garbage in the toddlers area. etc.. in the children’s. Had to complain about this. 5) Beside a very busy road in the back garden. I’ll go home to Ireland to relax for the peach and quiet. Will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone. Positive: 1) A good WiFi. 2) If you’re over 65, have hearing difficulties, and are into golf it would be ok for you.
