Everything has been great during our stay, with a super relaxing time at the spa. Just avoid moments when symposiums and conference groups are there, it makes the experience kind of annoying.

Unfortunately, our otherwise positive impression of the hotel was overshadowed by unclear pricing policies and a lack of proper communication. Despite having booked one night in advance via Booking.com, we were charged again at the hotel — and only later, after several days and our own efforts, were we able to resolve the issue. It caused unnecessary worry during what should have been a relaxing trip. Upon arrival, we were also charged a €50 deposit for the room, which to this day has not been refunded to our card. We are again trying to clarify this through the bank, but the fact remains: the money has not come back. We stayed for two nights and had the exact same breakfast on both mornings — yet the price for breakfast on the second day was nearly double. We never received a response to our written inquiry about this. We understand that technical errors or misunderstandings can happen, and we are always very loyal and understanding guests. But the absence of communication and the unclear handling of payments have left us with a negative impression — and unfortunately, we will likely avoid this hotel in the future.
