So far , Overall the best Hotel I've been to in Turkey. You have everything you need here , the staff is very friendly , they can almost all speak at least 3 extra languages ( English, German, Russian) so , conversation is not a problem . The food was okay...not good but also not bad, just that it was almost the same stuff , especially deserts . A little bit more variety would have been great , especially for theme nights like for example Italian food where there was no pizza, nothing Italian specific. And in my opinion, the animation team was the best for this hotel . Very friendly , charismatic, and we're doing a lot of great shows, animations , fun activities , making sure the guests have a nice good time ,also have a good laugh , and for sure good memories !

The animators are very good, friendly, and full of energy, and most of the waiters are okay. However, many of them are rude and disrespectful. The hotel looks nice and tidy from the outside, but inside it’s pure dirt. The glasses are so dirty that it’s impossible to drink from them. The plates and all the other cutlery—cats walk around the restaurant in places where they shouldn’t, not to mention other issues.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not meet expectations. The cleanliness is below standard the rooms are not properly cleaned, and the cutlery in the restaurant was often dirty, with visible dried food still stuck on it. It's quite surprising considering the high ratings this place has received. The staff is not particularly polite. While there were a few kind and professional employees, some were quite rude one even raised their voice simply because we didn't immediately understand what they said. The beach is very small, and the sea was noticeably dirty during our stay. Overall, we don't plan to return, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. For the same price, you can find better and more comfortable alternatives elsewhere.
