It’s quiet, well maintained countryside location, beautifully appointed air conditioned farmhouse guest rooms, cool, refreshing pool (we arrived in a sweltering 94°F after long day on motorcycles), superb attention to their guests, and lovely breakfast options. A delight from arrival to departure! On the other hand, It’s a bit tricky to find and had not been given specific directions on how to identify the correct entrance gate, small signage, and access instructions. At this time of year, you'll have to watch out for mosquitos -- they can be pesky. We also hadn’t paid close enough attention to realize that they don’t have a fully operational kitchen, so only a small selection of “shared boards” (charcuterie, for example) were available for dinner. Our choices were sufficient and delicious nonetheless.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Mas des Comtes. The Mas is really beautiful, we loved everything from the comfortable and very clean rooms to the excellent breakfast buffet. The owners were so kind and welcoming! Thank you for everything!
We organised our wedding at the Mas des Comtes de Provence in May, and it was the most wonderful experience. The location is great, within 1h of a major airport, and super close to beautiful famous Provence villages in les Alpilles. Each room was beautiful and super comfortable. The team there is so nice, they made our wedding truly special! Everyone complimented us on the beauty of the place. We're forever grateful and cannot wait to go back to visit!
