The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the reception staff are nice and and amazing. Excellent service; the staff goes out of their way to make your stay at the hotel enjoyable. Perfect location with lots of shops, cafes, and good restaurants. Highly recommend.
Perfect location , great staff very helpful as well , my cousin forgot her make up bag and they contacted us offering to help her . ( thanks Alber from reception ) The housekeeping Aslan and ERdal were very nice and helpful .
