MASA Hotel Wellness & Spa Campo Grande Lisbon

I am Taiwanese. I am writing to commend you for your excellent service. On June 24, 2025, at around 1:00 p.m., the gentleman at the entrance was incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me with my issue. Although I was just a passerby and not even a guest at your hotel, he still treated me with genuine care. Such a level of service, even toward a stranger, tells me that your team must provide a truly welcoming experience for your guests. I’ve enclosed two small gifts with this letter. One is my favorite Taiwanese snack—bamboo shoot flavored soybean. To be honest, it’s not the most famous or best-selling snack in Taiwan, but I thought I’d share something a bit unusual with you all. The other is a 228 Taiwanese lily pin. It's to commemorate a massacre that occurred in my country. Perhaps unexpectedly, the political party KMT responsible for that massacre is still one of the largest parties in Taiwan today. Thank you again for your warm and generous service. Excellent!! We stayed at Masa Hotel for 3 nights and found it to be excellent. There was a great choice of food at breakfast, the hotel was very clean, rooms spacious and nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the service excellent. The location is a 5/10 minutes walk from the Metro which takes about 20 minutes and takes you to the centre of Lisbon and a ticket for the day costs £6 which you can use on any Metro, tram, or bus within 24 hours from when you first use it. Just around the corner there are a some restaurants and ice cream shops and supermarkets within a five minute walk andI would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something modern and a very good price that includes breakfast.

I had a poor experience at this hotel and DO NOT RECOMMEND. The good part - the price was fair and the hotel was situated close to the airport. The bad part - we found black mold on the ceiling of our bathroom, directly above the shower. I reported this to corporate and the hotel manager and never heard from either party. Very unprofessional and it demonstrates a disregard for quality and customer service.
