Great location, just 5 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican museum. Near metro station and bus stops. Super clean room with modern touches like it has recently been remodeled. The only reason they get 4star is there are no universal electrical outlets or usb outlets anywhere. Their wall outlets only accept local 2-round prong plugs.
March 2025. -location is 1 minute walk from Vatican. -breakfast is good. (Fresh coffee) -morning staff is excellent remembered our coffee preferences everyday. Good memory. -the staff named Ruth Mae has very good English skills and helpful very accommodating always ready to help.
Very disappointing. Hard to reach anyone for service or help. Expected a suite, rooms are small. Language barrier was evident.
