Masd Mediterráneo Hotel & Apartamentos

We wanted to return to this hotel after a lovely stay last year. Unfortunately on the morning of our arrival, the swimming pool broke down. The hotel communicated this to us immediately and offered us a full refund. I would like to thank the hotel for their very professional handling of this situation and we would be happy to return there in the future. As for our previous stay, the location is great, right across the road from the beach with a number of restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff were very welcoming. Special mention for the swimming pool.

It was such an amazing hotel. Just didn’t like that u had to pay for basic things like towels. Restaurant is pricey. I got a massage at their spa and it wasn’t really good tbh the lady was huffing all the time and never heard anything I said idk if she was half deaf but I wasn’t too comfortable in the masssage. Other than that hotel was really nice for the area

Comparing to the price this hotel wants, this hotel is more than rude. First of all the location is very horrible so it will always takes a lot of time and money to arrive in the city. The food is the worst I ' ve experienced in a hotel. The surrounded restaurants are also a joke and only for people with a low standard of food taste. In this hotel they use old, dirty broken towels which will only be changed by the house keeping, if you inforn the reception. The jakuzi area was also very dirty and you can find always trash in the corners from the last people who used this area. I dont want to imagine, how often this jakuzi was cleaned from inside. The highlight of this Barcelona visit , it was a trip to Madrid. The culance level of this hotel is zero. So better you choose an other accommodation for your next trip.
