The rooms are modern and has very good noise insulation. The AC worked very well. The breakfast served was good with decent options. There is fridge and induction stove for cooking. I will stay here again whenever I am in Munich.

I chose this hotel with some strong preconceptions. Upon arrival, those preconceptions initially remained. I arrived at the hotel relatively late. The area was quiet and... I struggle to find the right word to describe it. When I stepped through the hotel entrance, I was greeted by a lively lobby that was modern and cozy. I can say it was very practical. You don't need to go through reception to access your room if you complete the online check-in. I did go to reception because I wanted to buy water for my room and took a key card just in case. You can actually open the door with your phone as well, which worked perfectly. I needed this feature once when I forgot my card in the room. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but this was during the biggest trade fair week in the area. The location is convenient - it's a 10-20 minute walk or e-scooter ride (using Bolt) to the exhibition center. This eliminated any worries about car parking or sitting in traffic jams. 100% satisfied! Thank you!

Great budget friendly hotel! Rooms are really clean, we also had a small kitchenette, prices at the bar reasonable and the staff is really friendly! Breakfast is Ok, but a bit crowded, be sure to have breakfast before 08:30. Parking is free across the street.
