older but well-maintained hotel, perfect pastries for breakfast, good all inclusive (drinks and food all day), wonderful new wellness, helpful staff. in some rooms the air conditioning was not working properly. the staff was helpful and changed the room to a better one with good air conditioning

Excellent resort with lots of amenities. Food was good. Menu changed every night. Staff in reception and dining area were friendly and ready to help. Rooms are a little old but spacious. Floors 3 and above have good sea view.

NO NO NO NO NO!!! (see Pictures!) The room provided was in a highly unhygienic state. There were black hairs everywhere – in the bathroom and even in the beds. Dead insects could be seen on the walls and behind the glass of picture frames. Although I reported this issue to the reception, the cleaning that followed was only superficial. Due to the persistent lack of cleanliness, we felt compelled to clean the room ourselves. We borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the housekeeping staff, but it had no suction power whatsoever. In addition, the room facilities were inadequate. There was only one power socket available, which is completely unacceptable for a modern hotel. The air conditioning did not work, which made the stay particularly uncomfortable in the summer heat. The pool area also posed serious concerns: missing tiles created a risk of injury, including the possibility of cuts. Finally, the breakfast was disappointing – especially the coffee, which was simply undrinkable. Overall, our stay fell far short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
