Masseria Agrituristica Lama San Giorgio

What a lovely experience! The Masseria offers the perfect mix of relaxation and authentic countryside charm. The pool area is beautiful and serene, and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Surrounded by picturesque agricultural landscapes, it’s a peaceful retreat with a special touch for families – our child loved the playground and was fascinated by the friendly animals, including peacocks and goats. The highlight of our stay was the amazing cooking class, along with the wine and olive oil tasting, which truly crowned the experience. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the essence of Puglia!

It’s a nice masseria and has a nice pool area, but I would not choose to stay here again. The rooms are poorly soundproofed you hear everything what your neighbour does. The dining experience was quite average. The quality of the food felt careless, and the presentation lacked attention as well. Pasta was way too hard and the fish came quite cold. Also the juices are not fresh this could be improved.

the place itself is quite interesting, but it is definitely not a place for people looking for peace and quiet. The service is unprofessional. We got a room on the first floor where there were a lot of stairs to climb. The stairs were very dangerous because you could easily slip. Of course the room did not meet our expectations. It was completely different than in the photos. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and there was mold on the ceiling. The room was not cleaned as it should have been. We found dead insects on the window... the nightmare started in the evening. The room is located on the restaurant where the party was taking place. You could hear literally everything. We could not sleep a wink. I asked the service to react, but of course it did not bring any results. At midnight I was forced to go downstairs again and personally ask these people to be quiet... but that was not the end! At night you could hear a truck taking away the waste, which made a lot of noise... it was a terrible night!!! it only caused me a lot of stress and nerves in the last days of pregnancy. I will definitely not return to this place.
