Masseria Ayroldi

Our family spent 6. nights at this outstanding property. The accomodations and grounds are beautiful and so carefully restored. A lot of thought clearly went into the landscaping and decoration which are simple yet stunning. We loved the beautiful and very quiet pool area where you can relax under the vines or bask in the sun. The pool is one of the cleanest I've seen and a joy to experience. The service is incredibly helpful and friendly while also leaving you to relax and choose how much to engage or ask for. It was the perfect place to relax and we got lot of great help to find the best things to do nearby the property. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and dinners and loved that we didn't need to go out at night but could relax "at home". On our last night they organized a great evening with live traditional music which was fun and engaging for all. I highly recommend this beautiful place if you want to relax in an authentic environment. We hope to return!

From the moment we arrived at Masseria Ayroldi, we felt an incredible sense of relaxation. It’s the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease… warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The staff were beyond amazing. From reception to the restaurant, and even the owners themselves. Everyone we met was attentive, kind, and made us feel like we were returning to a place we already knew. There’s a genuine sense of family here, and it really adds to the overall experience. We stayed in room 121, which was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully designed, comfortable, and peaceful - everything we needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail. The team gave us fantastic suggestions for nearby restaurants, beaches, and even where to park - all of which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. And the food… everything was so fresh and full of flavour. I’d actually recommend dining here in the evenings rather than going out and embrace the laid back atmosphere. The menu changes daily, and the prices are very reasonable. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Masseria Ayroldi is more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return.

After searching around Puglia for our perfect wedding venue, our last to view would be Masseria Ayroldi. The moment we arrived at the Masseria we instantly knew this would be the venue where we would celebrate our special day with our friends and family. Each corner of the extremely well kept grounds are full of character, we loved that it had been newly renovated yet keeping with its historical beauty. The staff, Alessandro and Anna, were so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, from planning months in advance to being so accommodating to our guests throughout their 3 day stay. There was a great selection for breakfast each morning, and we also hosted a chilled dinner on our final evening which the food was great! A big thank you to Debora and Giuseppe for everything, and allowing us to have the best 3 days of our lives!
