We had two excellent nights at the masseria! It’s truly a wonderful place where you will find your peace and quiet with plenty of good food and wine. Also the natural pool is really a highlight and there is lots to explore on the premises. We also would like to give a special shout out to the receptionist Solange, who jumped in when the sommelier for our wine tasting called in sick. Although she doesn’t have a sommelier training yet, she showed great hospitality and gave me and my girlfriend a very entertaining and profound wine tasting. Thank you again for that lovely evening!
An ideal location for relaxing and enjoying everything that Puglia has to give. The masseria itself is stunning and the service superb. The vineyard adds a special touch and their wine is served at the restaurant together with very tasty food. Only 20 minutes drive from Campomarino which has some of the best clear watere in Puglia. Strongly recommended!
We have mixed feelings from our visit in late September 2024. The place is absolutely beautiful, meaning- the rooms, building, location, views and wine selection (must try Chidro). Reception and all the employees around there were nice, but the service in the restaurant was below average. Long waiting time for basic stuff like coffee, plates, bread in the breakfast time. There were couple of situations that you had to remind waitress what you asked for 15 min ago. If you get tired with the hotel dinner menu we would reccomend trying some other places in Manduria, such as Gusto Primitivo, Casamatta. We were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the pool area. There were dirty loungers, towels, drinks and other used stuff from days/weeks before, etc. it looked like staff ignored this area in the "off season".
