I recently had the pleasure of staying at Masseria Donna Menga in Porto Cesareo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. The masseria itself is stunning — a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate gardens, reflects a deep care for quality and style. The services offered were outstanding: attentive without ever being intrusive, and always ready to cater to any need we had. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the exquisite local cuisine, or exploring the beautiful surroundings, everything was organized to perfection. It truly felt like a serene retreat, where every moment was about relaxation, beauty, and impeccable service. I can't recommend Masseria Donna Menga enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Puglia. I can’t wait to return!
Puglia, you beauty 🇮🇹✨ We stayed at this amazing hotel during our road trip through Italy and Puglia — and honestly, we’re still not over it. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff made all the difference: Lucca at the reception with his big smile, the incredibly intuitive maître d’ who somehow knew what we needed before we did, housekeeping that kept everything perfect… everyone was just lovely. 💛 This place is what we’d call a “modern classic” — stylish and luxurious, but with a super relaxed, friendly vibe. Nothing stiff or pretentious, just pure comfort and kindness. You’re treated like a VIP, but it still feels like staying with friends (the kind that serve you espresso and fluff your pillows at night 😅). The turn-down service at 10 PM made us smile — those little touches really stick. We had booked 3 nights, but changed our plans and added an extra one because… how could we not? Every morning started with a gorgeous breakfast: a buffet full of fresh goodies, plus coffee and eggs served right at our table (under the watchful eye of the maître, who made sure everything was just right). That man read our minds, he has a sixth sense, we swear. 👏 The hotel itself is full of character – an elegant building that feels like it has stories to tell. Our room was beautiful, the pool was enormous (and so peaceful!), and yes — there’s even a charging point for electric cars. This wasn’t just a stay, it was a full-on experience. The kind that makes you want to cancel the rest of your plans and just be there. Can’t wait to come back someday. Grazie mille, we'll never forget it 🫶🇮🇹
We booked 3 rooms...one for us and our toddler, one for our son and one for the nanny. 5 days. Lots of Euros. We left in under 24 hours. This place is soulless, no atmosphere. Definitely not a kid place. Mold in the room (see pics) they covered it with really pungent perfume. We had one lunch - food was bad - too much salt, too funky, bad choices. Waiter tried his best - kitchen must have been staffed by the stray cats. We didn't ask for any money back - they paid for the bad lunch we had which was nice. They made out huge. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.
