A charming, clean, well-equipped place. Reasonably priced. I've never experienced such friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with locally sourced ingredients (eggs, flour, etc.). Highly recommended. Here are the photos.

Just returned with my group of friends and many children with us to visit all the places near the farm. Cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, exceptional location and welcoming and familiar staff. I recommend everyone to stay here because you will have a great time.

Masseria Lama d'Impisa is strategically located for those visiting the Safari Zoo and Alberobello, but it should be noted that the property is somewhat isolated. The road leading to the masseria is completely unlit, and there are no services or landmarks nearby, so it's advisable to arrive early or with good planning. The exterior of the property is very well-kept and pleasant: each room has a small table and chairs outside, ideal for relaxing. The air conditioning and mosquito nets in the rooms are also much appreciated, especially useful on hot days. However, the interiors leave a little to be desired: the rooms are bare and in need of some maintenance. The bed was worn and noisy, while the bathroom, rather narrow, had some issues: the shower door was poorly maintained (it was difficult to tell whether it was worn or just dirty), and the steel soap dishes were rusty. The electrical outlets could also use an overhaul. As for breakfast, it was decent but limited: it consisted exclusively of sweet options. We would have also appreciated a savory option, perhaps available upon request. In conclusion, the Masseria has potential and a beautiful outdoor setting, but to be truly welcoming inside, it would need some updating. It's ideal for a short stay, and we hope small but significant improvements are made.
